The region of Tuscany in northern Italy has been known since time immemorial for its natural produce, the direct result of a winning combination of various geographical factors.
The generous climate of the region provides a plethora of intense sunshine through the summer months and this bound with generous precipitation makes for perfect cultivation and luscious green valleys, with landscapes to make the finest renaissance artists weep with wonder. Tuscany's hilly and craggy makeup makes a great engine for the ecology and the region is also abundant with spectacular wildlife. Arguably the finest wine-producing area in Italy (and therefore the world), it's also rich in olive groves and particularly known for its Chianina beef. We have grown up in this cooking pot for generations over centuries, indeed to a true Florentine the most divine culinary creations are simply common fare. Along with that comes a bond with the land and a respect for nature and the traditional methods of farming and producing food, not just to eat, but to cherish on a daily basis. So come visit us, come dine with us and savour what is very probably the finest gastronomic experience in the world.
